How to store the new recycled paper packagingOur new paper tube boxes are made of solid and thick recycled carton, which provides a sufficient isolation to store your film in a dry place without any risk for the emulsion. If you plan to store the film for a long period of time, or live in a humide environment, we recommend placing it in a ziplock bag inside the fridge. Make sure the bag is perfectly dry inside and well sealed.

How to develop Street Candy ATM400Street Candy ATM400 should be processed as Black & White Negative film. Processing information can be found in the For unlisted developers and pushing/pulling processing, we recommend following the chart of Ilford HP5+. More information on the Massive Dev Chart. ⚠️ When handing over your rolls to a lab, make sure to mention that we use recycled film canisters if they process black and white film in machines. Automated minilabs may jam if the tape gets caught into their gears.

Can I push Street Candy ATM400 ?Yes you can! We recommend pushing ATM400 up to one stop (ISO 800). Beyond, contrast might increase too much and risk of loosing shadow details.

Does Street Candy ATM400 has DX code ?No, at the moment we use recycled film canisters, meaning our film doesn’t come with DX code. When shooting ATM400 with point and shoot camera, if you can’t set the ISO manually the camera will most likely expose it at 100. You can either add +2 stops using the Exposure Compensation feature of your camera if possible, or pull the film during development. Please note that pulling film may decrease contrast.

How to develop Street Candy MTN100Street Candy MTN100 should be processed as Black & White Negative film or Positive Film using the reversal processing method. Does Street Candy MTN100 has DX code ?No, at the moment we use recycled film canisters, meaning our film doesn’t come with DX code. When shooting MTN100 with Point & Shoot camera, or if you can’t set the ISO manually, the camera will most likely expose it at 100. Make sure to check your camera manual to see how to rate non-DX coded film cardriges.

When will my order ship?All in-stock orders received are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

How are my products shipped?Depending on quantities, films are shipped either in small padded enveloppes or cardboard boxes.

Which countries do you ship to?We ship from France directly to customers worldwide. If your country is not listed in our list, please contact us, as we may be able to ship directly to your destination.

What is your return policy?Due to the nature of our product, we accept returns only if the original product hasn’t been opened or used in any way. Buyers will be responsible to return the product in the original packaging and will cover the shipping cost plus all eventual custom charges, unless the item you purchased is defective. Please make sure to inspect and report any damaged packages upon delivery to the carrier and contact us with details of the product and defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the product description. Should you have an issue with one of our products, please contact us. If Street Candy Film determines that the product does not conform to the specifications outlined on the product page, then we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
